What we call hypomania episodes…

Someone told me “you deserve to have a bipolar disorder”

How I can tell him it’s a blessing ?

That not everyone got the chance to learn more about themselves

But I do

That I take advantage of my hypomania episodes and I achieve more

I know that I’m not the only person who is suffering from a bipolar disorder

I should shine for my community. For others who are suffering from bipolar disorder

Yes I deserve to have bipolar disorder to learn, to shine, to break down, to build myself, to never give up, to have a hope, to write, to love, to accept myself, to stand up for myself and others.
