Like bots to help with website creation, tax advice, coding help, recipe ideas…you name it.</p><p id="8adc">However, after this announcement, they went radio silent about that for a couple of months while the company went through a crisis of leadership.</p><p id="212a">But now everything is back at the helm, the order has been restored, and the GPT store is full steam ahead for launch next week.</p><p id="6601">So soon we all be able to purchase all kinds of useful or helpful custom chatbots.</p><p id="bc23">The only catch is that OpenAI requires developers to be “verified” before they can sell their bots in the store.</p><p id="e0c4">No details yet on what that entails. So OpenAI, the AI research company behind that chatbot sensation ChatGPT, is getting ready to launch something called the GPT Store.

Basically it will let developers create their own chatbots using OpenAI’s technology and sell them to others, much like Google lets developers use Android to build apps to sell in its Play Store for a fee.

So, developers and even non-developers alike will be able design those chatbots(GPTs) that can do all sorts of helpful and entertaining stuff.

The possibilities are endless — GPTs for planning your meals, helping with your taxes, even suggesting what wine pairs best with dinner!

And the best part is you don’t need any fancy coding skills or AI expertise to build these bots.

The whole process works in plain English so anyone can create their own customized virtual assistant.
