You Are Not Alone
My Message on World Mental Health Day
On World Mental Health Day I wanna remind each & every one of you that your mental health is a priority and your self-care is a necessity. I want to send my love and empathy to people struggling to find a place in this world, love for themselves & being loved by others.
We deserve all these things in our lives, and I’m sorry if things aren’t that way. I’ve had a tough couple of months myself and I’m not ashamed or embarrassed to say that I’ve needed some help. Talking, therapy, meditation, TV shows, trips, friends and more importantly family have helped. And now thankfully, I’m in a better place.
We all need to look after ourselves and each other, particularly in the middle of this pandemic. Let’s try to check in on our friends and family who may be feeling lonely, depressed, exhausted, stressed, or even sad.
Whoever’s reading this — You matter — your sanity matters — your mental peace matters. And I’m here for you. You’re free to hit me up anytime, we can talk about anything you want. We’ll get through this TOGETHER!
