You Are Made of Light and Sound

Let your light shine!

You’ve seen beautiful amazing rays of sun-light somewhere, I am sure.

Did you know that you are condensed light and sound?

You are made up of matter, energy, and consciousness. And the energy that comprises you consists of sound and light energy!

As explained very well by Henry Muli in the article below, matter is the label that we give to aggregates or collections of energy and consciousness.

The infinite or what some call the “void” or “the beginning” is neither. It always has been and always will be a divine oneness or infinity of consciousness and energy (which human beings cannot comprehend easily).

Energy, such as light energy, is what gives the capacity for movement or “work”, that is, to change things.

Source or God is unified divine intelligence or divine consciousness and energy, including the energy of sound and light.

There always has been and always will be “Infinite Spirit or Infinite consciousness”, the un-manifest. It is often called God or Source and can output energy.

The divine in all living things is often referred to as the “anima mundi.”

Animus comes from “anima”, meaning Soul or Consciousness, which comes from “Ane” (to breathe). Mundi comes from the Greek word “mundus” which means Universe.

The Soul of the Universe or Anima mundi exists in all living things.

How Sound and Light Result in Matter

Matter forms are fields of energy created by sound frequencies producing light of different frequencies.

Simone Matthews explains how sound resonates up many octaves to create colours. Sound and light have frequency, meaning the number of waves that pass a particular point in a certain amount of time.

The Bible says that God spoke “Let there be Light”.

The “singularity” or “zero point”, as the Void or “the Beginning” is also labelled, has the properties of both sound and white light.

The first energy output from Source was sound and light in lines, forming the axes of spheres, as explained in the article below. Sacred Geometry is the story of light manifesting into forms based upon spheres of energy (sound and light) and upon basic shapes and upon ratios of measurements within sounds and forms.

Source energy, through the energy field of Metatron’s Cube, creates the potential field of creation — a field of high vibrational sound frequencies that ripple out through creation, eventually creating light, colour and finally at their lower levels of frequency (vibration) — physical matter.

God or Source as energy vibrates (or has frequencies) and thus emits sound. Sound is produced when something vibrates or moves. There doesn’t have to be someone around to hear the Cosmic Sound, but it still exists.

How the Monad projects light into human form

An electro-magnetic field of white light is said by some to be projected from a Monad or the first differentiation of Source. Janet Myatt explains in the article below that the Infinite or Source differentiated itself into spheres with the same characteristics as itself — Divine Will, Intelligence, and Love.

Each Monad extends itself into more specific centres of experience (visualize smaller spheres within the larger spheres). This process of individuation continues as the life-stream of the Monad descends into material forms.

Some say that particles of consciousness (sound and light energy) emanated from the Monads to form an octahedron or diamond shaped field of electromagnetic energy around the embryo in the human womb. This energy is the template for cell specialisation in which the organs and systems of the human body develop from, as described in the article below.

In this way you and I are made up of light that has become compacted or dense via Source expressing itself into individualised streams or parts.

The Soul and the Soul Star Chakra

We can also take in light from our Sun and the Cosmos into our human forms. Human beings are said to be connected to Source via energy centres called Chakras. The Soul Star Chakra is just above the head and is referred to as the “Seat of the Soul”.

It is said that the human Soul is projected from the Soul Star Chakra through the Heart Chakra into the human form. Janet Myatt describes the Soul as:

The Soul is the integrating agent between the incarnated personality and the Monad. It serves as the lowest point of directing divine intelligence on the Physical Plane; it remains fully aware of our connection to God and is not subject to illusion.

Sensing Harmonies

You may sense or feel harmonies or music around you. I have had a friend on the other side of the world text me to say that he could feel music emanating from me. And once I heard Angels singing. If you are open to the fact that the atoms that make you up vibrate and give off sound, and that your thoughts and feelings are energy forms emitting sound, your receptivity to sensing sounds at the energetic level is enhanced.

How to See the Light

If you are outdoors and stand in front of some eaves or the edge of a roof and take a selfie photo (or have someone take a photo of you) in sunlight, you may see the light around you in the photo.

My photo below shows a beautiful, brilliant white centre of light, with multi-coloured light rays coming from it and the lower part of a circle.

The Soul Star Chakra is the bridge or gateway to the Divine love of the Universe. It brings in light from One Unity Consciousness Divine Light or Source. The white light ray channelled by the Soul Star Chakra is powerfully restorative. It assists with emotional balancing and stability to bring inner peace and tranquillity.

Opening your Soul Star Chakra

Some ways in which you can keep your Soul Star Chakra open are to accept that you are non-physical energy currently expressing itself physically (e.g. you can imagine that you are a Soul temporarily having a human body), be authentic (by learning to manage anger, guilt, regret, insecurities, and stress), appreciate all that is, live in the moment, and uplift the world with loving, suffusing kindness — in all ways and always.

Update: I contacted Diana Cooper whom advised me that there is an orb above my head which is my Guardian Angel !!
