While a majority of people fear that artificial intelligence might replace humans, it is crucial to embrace this technology instead of shunning down. If used correctly, it could enhance and optimize tasks at work.
I had a client visit yesterday and today I had to draft a mail thanking him for his courtesy along with a revised offer as per his requirements. I just entered a one-line prompt on ChatGPT and it did all the work for me. I had to just make minor changes to make it sound more personal but that was about it. The mail was drafted and sent in less than a minute and I was sounding more professional than ever. It helped me save time and reduce my workload.
Instances like these where I could delegate tasks so that I could utilize that time to be spent productively to focus on something else that cannot be delegated and requires my attention can be done using ChatGPT. It is unfortunate that the majority of us are aware of this technology and its true potential and still refrain from using it at work. I even sent out Christmas Greeting emails to my customers using ChatGPT and everyone loved it. In this era, it is crucial to work smart instead of just working hard.
Artificial Intelligence is extremely efficient and minimizes human efforts. Artificial Intelligence itself is useless however when used by humans effectively, it can help reduce time and optimize tasks with extreme ease, so it is essential to embrace this technology to make the most of it.
