You Are a Creator
The God in you

As nature teaches us, we are creators.
I remember someone I knew once said to me something they despise is when people think they are god. Granted there is such a thing as people having god-complex's- which is not what they meant.
Narcissistic Personality Disorder, the proper term for some who has a “God Complex” is a rare mental disorder characterized by an inflated sense of self-importance, entitlement, a deep need for admiration, and an alarming lack of empathy for other people. — (Source)
I’m sure they meant they disagree with the idea of humans having any godliness within themselves. I had to shut my mouth given the professional nature of the relationship. But my lips were tightly closed as to not let my opinion about the matter spill out into the environment.
We are God, I thought- we all are.
“I believe in God, but not as one thing, not as an old man in the sky. I believe that what people call God is something in all of us. I believe that what Jesus and Mohammed and Buddha and all the rest said was right. It’s just that the translations have gone wrong.” ― John Lennon
We are all creators and we’re all-powerful.
We are all vessels of love, housing infinite sources of wisdom and knowledge.
We’re all intuitive, light-filled beings.
We are in many ways, God. All of us.
From victim to victor
The issue with denying one’s power lends itself to the denial of responsibility and accountability. It is so easy to live life being a victim. But to acknowledge your godliness is to step up to your purpose, to develop your will, and to commit to taking responsibility for your life.
“God is a comedian playing to an audience that is too afraid to laugh.” ― Voltaire
To be afraid of your power is to let power dominate you. To hand it to others and to abuse it yourself. Life is a chance to uncover and witness the creator within. To accept the role and express and channel it in the best way we possibly can.
We’re entering a new age where more people are waking up to their power.
Where there are more chances to create, grow and expand.
From victim to victor we can unearth the deep wounds and realize the power within to become a powerful creator.

From fear to love
A courageous person will venture to seek the god within themselves. They may fear their power but will adventure to understand and utilize it. Then when they start to master themselves they will leave the fear behind and become an open channel of love.
From this space of love, all else expands.
All else is created and nurtured into existence. Creating the reality you want is in your hands. If only more people acknowledged and accepted their role as a creator.
“He who stands by his heart has God in him. Our conscience is what unites us with God.” ― Suzy Kassem

I know when people dislike the idea that they are gods they are likely afraid. I know they are seeking to find that which they have perhaps not yet witnessed. I’m sure they are unsure in their truths, confused, and afraid of life. Still tethered to their wounds.
If only they could see the god in themselves. If only they could feel the united conscious love streaming through everything.
I have been a victim, filled with fear transformed into a victor filled with love. I have compassion for people on their journeys. I have faith more people are waking up to their power.
Remember.
You are a creator.
