When your body is exercised and you get the energy you can do some breathing exercises.</p><p id="cd5f">The basic of breathing exercises being Kapal Bhatti, and Anulom, Vilom from there are derived all the other breathing exercises and they can be developed in different ways by different gurus.</p><p id="a5da">I found that every human being should learn and be empowered by simple yoga which you can do comfortably in your home space. There is no need to go through difficult forms for a pleasant comfortable daily energizing system.</p><p id="9603">The light exercises of about 20–25 minutes are enough to give you the required energy and another 15–20 minutes of breathing learned from any guru of your choice. All the forms are good and give you a tonic for your mind to function.</p><p id="f3e5">Yoga should be done consistently, every day. However, you can reduce or increase your time depending on your physical health. It is flexible regarding the time spent on it but, it is certainly a lot of sacrifices as you have to continue with your practice every day.</p><p id="5b63">So, when your friends are sleeping and taking an extra nap, you are up doing yoga. Indeed, they do not know what they are missing.</p><p id="09aa">Empower them with the power of yoga and the advantage of 30- 40 minutes of yoga. Experiences of learning yoga

When and why did I begin to love Yoga? When I was14, one fine day my father invited a yoga guru to our house.

He began to teach difficult things like Jal Neti, Kunjal, sutra Neti and I rebelled and told my father I never wanted to learn yoga. He did not give up. He invited another teacher and I found yoga to be fun.

The teacher told me to close my eyes and dance. A physical dance and a song to the mind. It was not boring I loved it.

He made me sing ‘OM’ with him. I did not know the meaning of OM at that time but I loved the vibrations. I focused on my forehead between my eyes and sang out a long OOOOO MMMM. It felt too good.

It just reverberated around my head like a ring and slowly went down my body and made me feel so fresh. This was the beginning of a beautiful journey with Yoga.

There are many gurus of yoga. I learnt from yoga centres of‘ Yogananda,’ Shivananda’, Ravi Shankar, Surakshti Goswami, Ramdev, Deepak Ghosh. This was to empower me of different types of yoga and I found they all teach the same thing. The basic teaching of yoga is from Patanjali which is also called Ashtanga yoga or 8 steps or 8 limbs of yoga.
