Dare to hope

Yesterday was a bad day

I could not sleep

Checked a chicks flick

Made me sad as hell

Perfect soulmates

So easy to find

Makes me feel

Like a bigger loser.

Yesterday was a bad day

An old friend

Freshly retired

Full of dreams

Learned he has cancer

He needed to hear my voice

I called him and cried after

I finished the day in my bubble.

Today was a perfect day

With a precious friend

We understand each other

Easy conversations flows

Sharing identical values

I am lucky to know you.

Tomorrow will be a good day

I think I could do anything
