Yes, I’m a Hiking Goat! I Love Lakes and Mountains, Valleys and Peaks

Going for a walk in the mountains is one of the best things I know about.

I strive upwards in the steep slope, upwards on a mountainside and on a path between trees, bushes and rocks. Yes, that’s one of the best things I can do.

I love it when there is the sun in the sky and the sun warms slightly, and not too much. It is so good to go slowly upwards, to feel the resistance from the ground, from gravity, to feel that the body is functioning properly.

It’s so good to experience every time. Get warm and feel that the good thoughts come alive in me. I walk more easily uphill, the negative thoughts evaporate and the good thoughts fly away.

These are some of the nice things I can experience when I go for walks along lakes, in valleys and forests, and on high mountains.

I love hiking, I love mountaineering, and I love nature, the landscape that gives me all this!
