Writing can hurt our feelings

There are feelings that sometimes come to the surface with writing

Have you ever noticed that sometimes when we write we start to get filled with feelings and they start to surface?

Many times I wrote my diary and many times the pages were stained with tears. Some of happiness and others of sadness and bitterness.

Feelings become words too easy Writing can be very difficult, it can be bittersweet.

There are feelings that can be buried but when we remember and write about them or past situations, everything comes back to mind and it can hurt us again. This can also a way of being outdated and dealing with some feelings that are not well resolved.

Writing, although sometimes painful, is always relaxing and liberating.
