Writing allows me to express my feelings

I write a lot lately: in my diary or online. I have so many things to say or I feel lots of things. All I want is to express my feelings somehow. It also helps me to understand my feelings.

Lots of people say to me that I should not write my feelings online and just keep a diary offline to keep track of my feelings. Because nobody has anything to do with how you feel, to keep your feelings for yourself and don’t share it with anyone else and especially not people you don’t know. Then you’re not strong enough, is what I hear too many times. That’s what lots of people say and tells me. But what if the opposite is true?

I believe sharing your stories to the world will people understand why some people are somehow introverted (from themselves or they became that way), or act the way they are. Most people have been through something, other people weren’t nice to them and for that reason, they don’t trust others.
