What happens when you take time away from the process?

We just had a holiday break, but I’m talking about regular, scheduled time away.

I know it’s not popular to promote taking time off when you’re trying to grow a following or reach the next payment tier. But if getting away from the screen for just one day helps generate new ideas, calms your mind, and helps you write more, then why not try it?

If you’re anything like me, even one day off feels like a nice respite — so imagine how two would feel.

Every time I take a short break, I’m ready to start writing again with renewed energy and a more focused approach.

You already schedule your writing and publishing time, so why not ink in a brief retreat as well?

Don’t you and your writing deserve it?
