Would you pledge 10 hours this month for $2,000?
10 hours for $2,000 in side hustle income?
Ok, hear me out.
Ten hours pledged for the month. This can be:
- Nights/weekends
- Your hourlong lunch break
- Early mornings before you go to work
Ten hours is just an estimate. I think it’ll take you around that long but, based on if you’re quick learner or not, it could be more or less.
And then that ten hours would equal ten projects, at $200 each.
Ten hours, ten projects, $200 each, a total of $2,000.
Are you in?
What the heck am I talking about?
Website flipping!
Here’s how it goes…
- Take one hour to build one website
- Sell that one website for $200
- Rinse and repeat with the 9 other websites
- Make $2,000 for the month
This is the strategy.
Is it easy?
Nope.
Is it guaranteed?
Nope.
Is it fun?
Yes, it’s fun. If you’re like me and you enjoy dabbling in money-producing hobbies or projects, then you’ll like this.
One hour for one website
Each website takes about an hour to build, start to finish.
You aren’t doing fancy coding or adding 100 pieces of content.
You aren’t even monetizing the site or tracking the traffic.
What you are doing is creating a content website (or blog), adding up to 3 to 10 pieces of content, applying a professional-looking theme and selling it for $200 online.
Once you do one, you can do ten, or twenty or a hundred, really.
You nail down the strategy and then you just rinse and repeat.
How much does it cost?
This is a business so there’s got to be costs involved, right?
Yes, there are startup expenses.
Each website can be built for under $30.
Not a bad investment for a full website.
I actually spend $1 to $15 for one website not including hosting.
My hosting plan is $30/month but it covers multiple websites so I just keep that running $30 expense which I pay for anyway because I run long-term sites but if I didn’t and did website flipping consistently, I’d still have this hosting plan.
If you want to do this, I use Siteground and use the GrowBig plan.
Will you make $2,000 guaranteed?
No, there’s no guarantee.
You could make more or less.
When you start a business you don’t know if you’ll be successful or not. It’s a gamble. I want to transparent here.
But, if you try it out with one website, your sacrifice will be one hour of your time (on average) and up to $30 to see if it works.
Then from there, you can see if it’s worth it to continue on with more websites or not.
What are my results?
I’ve flipped dozens of websites.
I’m a six figure flipper and I’ve built and sold small sites and large sites.

Helpful resources:
- My ebook (comes with a Telegram chat)
- My online course (comes with a Facebook group)
With either option, you’ll get additional support from the student community and I pop in as well to check in, answer questions, etc.
The ebook is for basic website flipping of starter sites. That means you want to do what I talked about in this article. You are interested in flipping small starter websites that are not income-producing or traffic-generating.
The course shows you how to create websites that are income-producing and traffic-generating. You will learn how to drive traffic, how to monetize sites, and how to scale this business into a full operation.
Would you dedicate 10 hours or your time to a project like this? What do you think?
