CO2 emission per capita:
The need for energy to do everything made us compromise on the environment. The temperature rise before and after the Industrial Revolution is huge. One of the examples is the hottest month in the year 2023. July 2023 is the hottest month in the earth’s recent history. The link to the stated information.
The rise of temperature should be less than 1.5/oC according to the Paris Agreement. Many efforts are being put into action to control the rise in temperature.
However, one of the main reasons for the rise in temperature is the emission of CO2.
What is CO2 emission?
Anything that emits Carbon dioxide into the air is carbon emission. Imagine when we exhale, we also emit CO2. However, that’s not the case, the main pollutant factor is the burning of fossil fuels. So thinking of anything that is burning fuel and emitting CO2 is not good for us to live and for our planet.
Contributing elements in Co2 emission
Since the Industrial Revolution, the burning of fossil fuels for the purpose of energy has increased. The Co2 is one of the gasses among methane and Nitrous oxide that contribute to greenhouse gasses and increase the earth's temperature. How it is rising Temperature?
Imagine when we burn fossil fuels and CO2 emits. It creates a layer around the earth's atmosphere, such a layer allows the light/heat to enter but does not allow the heat to exit. So that all the heat is trapped within the earth's atmosphere and increases the temperature.

India
Efforts
It is not a question anymore that rising in temperature and drastic change in environment is happing and continue to happen. Even though the treaties are being established (Paris and Kyoto, UNCF) and every country is trying its best to use green energy instead.
However, that’s all we can do but at each level, every nation and country is responsible now.
