Now my main point is firstly we need to know that mental health is just as valuable as physical health. Just like we care for our bodies by eating and exercising we also need to care for our minds. Our thoughts and feelings are a big part of who we are and can impact our lives in many ways.

World Mental Health Day is an important day when people worldwide come together to talk about mental health. It happens every year on October 10th

We should learn that it’s okay to talk about our feelings. Sometimes we may feel sad anxious or overwhelmed. That’s normal! But keeping these feelings inside can make them worse. Talking to someone we trust like a friend family member or therapist can make a big difference. They can offer support and help us feel better.

Another important lesson is that mental health issues can affect anyone. It doesn’t matter how old you are where you come from or what you do. Mental health this problem can happen to anyone and it’s not a sign of weakness. So we should always be kind and understanding to others during tough times.

My main concern is that we need to learn about the signs of mental health problems. Sometimes we or someone we know may show signs like feeling very sad having trouble sleeping or losing interest in things they used to enjoy. If we notice these signs it’s important to seek help.
