Working Day and Night
Recognizing the vital importance of his role as their protector and guide.
Early mornings before the sun’s first light, I’m up and moving, filled with purpose and might. After long hours on the job, my muscles ache and tire, But it’s all for them — my heart’s deepest desire.
My wife and children are why I strive — To provide a good life for them is what keeps me alive. Through stress and exhaustion, I cannot waver, Their comfort and safety are my duty to savor.
As a father and husband, I carry the load — To shelter and nourish, that is my code. My family needs me as their guide and protector, Supporting their dreams as daily I vector.
So I’ll keep on struggling and facing each test, My family drives me to always give my best. For their smiles and hugs at the end of the day, Make all the effort more than worth the fray.
My children are watching as models and heroes- The importance of fathers they’ll come to know. By standing steadfast through troubles and sorrows, I show that with courage we can face the morrows.
