I am talking about the repair of the body, which is mandatory.
It’s as easy as realizing that your car needs maintenance over time, including oil changes, bolt tightening, grease, and other things. Your mind needs maintenance, just like the car does.
Because this is so crucial, allow me to elaborate.
When you utilize anything, like this body, car, equipment, or object, it all needs servicing. Why is this necessary? Because of this daily use, the item no longer functions as intended from the very beginning, and eventually has to be repaired.
Everyone’s life is busy in this hectic time of year. When you have some free time, you check social media and utilize your phone. You don’t have time for your parents, siblings, friends, or relatives. You’ve surrounded yourself with material possessions.
Our mind and body require maintenance or restoration. These are two items that you use frequently. All the times are birth to death, day to night, year by year, and all the time in between.
Take one minute and think!!!!!
If you want to create a lovely and great life for yourself, take a seat and think about your thoughts for at least five minutes. It’s time for you to improve yourself. You should walk, run, and exercise to improve your physical condition. You should be concerned with the two most crucial items you utilize on a daily basis. These things require time to refuel, mend, and function properly. Sleeping is more than a component. You need sleep to survive; otherwise, you wouldn’t get any. If your body functions well without sleep, I promise you that you won’t sleep for even a moment. It is logical.
God gave you your body. This should be handled by you. It is quite valuable. You should work on yourself if you want to be optimistic, stop your negative habits, create a wonderful life, manage your anger, and spread happiness. Your body must be at ease and prepared before you can accomplish anything in life. Your body needs to heal sufficiently to operate repeatedly so that you may concentrate more on your work, your objective, and your dreams.
Take a break from your hectic schedule (because work will never be done) and reflect on the things that are important to you — what you are doing well, how you spread happiness, who you are, where you are going, what is happening to you, and whether or not your life is benefiting mankind. Exercise, practice meditation, lie on the grass, and gaze up at the sky. Just take a brief look at you to see the abundance of lovely things.
