Women Moon Power

— Stepping Up — Roadmap

Moon, moon light my way show me the steps toward my day.

Leaving my house on International Women’s day in the morning to head to work, I could not stop myself from admiring the beautiful moon still high in the sky. I stopped for a moment and snapped this picture. I love how the photo turned out. I love the bright moon in the dark sky with the beautiful mysterious colors around it. The moon is inspiring me to combine the strength of Women and the Moon and create a poem.

Women Moon Power

Close your eyes my beautiful being, Show me the way where your creatures are crawling. Bring me the light that is shiny and bright. Bring your heart up for this fight.

Step by step climb towards the sky. There is no limit to your bravery that anyone can buy. Love and hate are powerful potions we combine. Justice walks proudly where none was brave enough to fight.

Stepping toward an impossible wall. Knock it down and the higher you will crawl. Step by step the higher we go into the skyline. Beautiful minds gather bright thoughts like sunlight.

No stopping now, the paving has been laid. Amazing mothers showed us the way. Aim for the moon, nothing is in your way. Be brave my darling, life is better this way.

Moments of struggle will come your way. You will cry and fight and the strong will prevail. Hush, hush now my little one. Be strong now, your day will come.

The power of women is stronger than any will, Giving birth to the Earth, your strength is mightier than the sky. Swiveling minds might want to bring you down. No can not do my little one, can not stop now.
