Within (Every Breath) is a Chance to (Rewrite Your Story!)
The Bullets to Breathing, ‘just trust YOUR SOUND!

I woke up this morning, and I'm more grateful than ever! There are a lot of distractions that I am sure you are all aware of that are starting to create more fear than faith and I am not okay with that!
I am grateful that I learned the hard way in life.
So, then you have a chance to educate yourself on ‘what not to do!’
I did not care what substance it was. Food or candy to distract bad feelings works in the beginning for everyone who is neglecting their true feelings!
Complex traumatic childhood memories?
Dopamine is that feel-good feeling that we were all supposed to receive naturally, our brains are supposed to create this chemical!
- Maybe someone had given you a kind compliment for example — You felt little pins and needles behind your ears when you heard — “You look nice today in that sweet shirt.”
- No matter the compliment received we are all supposed to experience that feel-good feeling known as dopamine!
- Hiding feelings vs expressing them the right way is something I have NEVER done. I was great at hiding my feelings with hopeless opioids before using alcohol became a full-time job.
- The bottom line is numbing emotions versus releasing them by surrendering to the sound of your breath has night and day differences.
- I would like you all to be aware of that power and sound in your own breath! If you would like to be guided by me someday, then let’s get right to it by focusing on your breath!
- Breathing releases all your tension, pain, & internal suffering if you know how to do it right.
Have you ever experienced that awful tension in your body that feels like you might have pulled a muscle? Does it feel like someone hit you over the back of the neck with a baseball bat? What about your lower back? Are you in pain? Internally or externally traumatized? How about your brain, does that hurt from the obsessive thinking and thoughts that are natural to have but maybe right now you are struggling with mental health and addictions?
Then I have something that you can do that will help your tension, stress, and overall mood right here right now! You just need to do the ten things I suggested to you in my article below!
It might even give you some answers you have been looking around life for a very long time. If you have two hands, please do this —
- Put one hand on your heart!
- Put one hand on your stomach!
- Breathe in your air, and exhale the answers that come.
- In for 5 seconds, out for 6!
- Set a timer for 5 minutes on any device within reach.
- Grab a pencil and a sheet of paper before you start. Does anything important come to mind? Write it down!
- Breathe in and out loud so you can hear your own breath and the power it holds.
- Receive and release.
- Big-hearted people like empaths deserve to release tension in your body.
- What do you have to offer to make an impact in others' lives?
These were the most powerful points in breathwork practices that I’ve been gratefully able to watch firsthand happen.
It’s one of the most stunning things to hear someone say — “I saw my grandma while she was still alive, and I remember what happened now.”
- I have been with a lot of people’s hands crippling up while doing this guided meditation.
- I have heard so many other people who have been struggling with past addictions come forward to me and tell me that I have given them the best natural high of their life.
- I saw a lot of trauma-releasing experiences that people have had and it’s always been one heck of an emotional ride with others’ experiencing some realistic answers they got from their past life and past childhood. Maybe you have seen a future memory while breathing into my guides.
- It has never been disappointing! This guided practice is my style as a lot of people who do yoga or exercise understand that everyone does stuff differently in a way and the perception of each changes depending on what happened with their past experience with it, right?
- I can promise you that if you act like a know-it-all, you will not get as much out of this.
In fact, at my guided practice I noticed a lot of people like to get to talking about how they already know something, but the majority are talking because they are so excited to get a dopamine rush at the end.
That is how I get people to show up at my classes in reality, I am a dopamine junkie!
I used to be an addict of anything mind-altering that made my body go numb!
Any chemical, any drug, at any time, became a habitual crisis that was led by the traumatic memories in my brain.
You must have no fear of surrendering to your own breath to relieve the tension so make sure you are giving yourself the time to think about yourself!!!!
