With Love: 50 or Bust!
I’m sending LOVE ENERGY by ALWAYS clapping 50 times.
I love you already means that I don’t need to know you to love you. I don’t need to know your story, know who you are or what your name is — I love you already. I feel your Soul, I love you through your Soul and the details of you you are or who I am in this life do not matter. I love you already.
My humanity, my human ego being afraid of love or expressing it, the need for something in return — set aside and my Soul taking over in these past years in the way I feel and deal with people and Love.
I had to evolve if I was to step into my destiny.
If I was going to work with Love Energy for healing then I needed to be able to always feel and send it.
To raise my vibration to freely give and receive love as it came to me, otherwise I was not capable of handling this most potent energy.
I love everyone, I see all people as brothers and sisters of my expanded Soul Family. I won’t know everyone, but I love everyone.
Even if people-humanity as a whole-frustrate me. Their self riotousness and selfishness ways, how they lie so easily — and hurt each other, their inability to see reality, their demons calling the shots — still, I love them all. I cannot help myself.
Of course, there are so many good people in the world filled with light and love and creations that need to be celebrated — their connections to The Divine, to be of service to others in their own special way, how they are guided to create and share, to care and be kind to one another-to stand up for truth, honor and justice is a magical thing — even if it’s scary to put it out there.
I wrote this to explain my process in giving Messages and being a Creator and how I’ve trained myself with 4 Soul Code Rules to stop holding back:
So…LOVE. I’m kinda into it. I’m so into it that I actively work with the energy of LOVE to heal people. As a Quantum Distance Energy Healer, Love is what I channel down from Source, some people call God, Prime Creator, etc.
I say: Source, Mother-Father God, Prime Creators.
I don’t refer to God as a singular being and not just Masculine.
Mother-Father God is meant to convey the balance of energies in creation, and the very essence of the relationship of The Divine Source Intelligence.
We are all equal parts Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine-including that which we all were fractured out of, and that energy is LOVE. Everything began with the spark of LOVE.
Love
It is the highest vibration in creation. It’s what our Soul’s are made of — it’s what heals us.
That’s not just a theory, concept or some hippy-dippy sweet sentiment. It’s real. Really real.
Love is what our Life Force is, and our Life Force Battery is exactly what it sounds like it is — the measurement of how much life energy we have in us is how much LOVE energy is flowing. For some, LOVE is a complicated energy that can be twisted in the bodies because of fear, trauma, etc. So they reject the very essence of life energy and what keeps them healthy and young.
People think of age and aging as a factor of time, when that’s not true. Our true age is a factor of energy. Our wellness or our illness is also a factor of our Life Force Energy.

Sending Love
I’m fairly new to Medium…I’ve only been here a couple of weeks. At first I didn’t even know what claps were. I thought that clap thing was like a heart on Instagram. You hit it once and that was that. You showed your support. That’s not the case. you can leave anywhere between 0–50 “claps” for a story.
Interesting.
How do you figure out how many to leave? Hmmm…As I started reading stories, I began leaving 50 claps if I liked it, and read it all the way through. If I read it and it didn’t grab me, I bailed on it, etc-then I just left without saying anything. No claps.
The One Clap Factor?
One clap feels more like a slap. I can’t be the only one who sees one clap and winches. Ouch. ONE.
Does ONE CLAP on a story scare others away like a bad tuna sandwich in the lunch room? I think it just might for some people. Stinky story. That’s one person who didn’t really like this story.
I kinda messed up my own smell…I told my friend to take a look at my first story, and if she liked it to “leave a clap”. So she did just that. I have a couple of stories with just one clap and my stats haven’t moved on them at all.
Stinky stories.
They’re also longer stories than the average Medium story, which seems to be about 5–8 minutes max. A couple of mine are 12-15 minutes, so that must make it extra stinky coupled with just one clap.
Who knows? Too much time to commit? With only ONE CLAP that’s like diving into a pool that’s got some green goo living on the surface.

Truth.
When any one person comes into MY world — especially into detailed focus for me — I know there’s a reason.
If it’s something they have created and I get positive vibes and energy from it then I’m compelled to give back.
When it comes to this space on Medium, I send Love Energy to them in the form of claps and a comment. I can’t help myself — I’m guided to send LOVE.
Maximum Love
50 claps on a story could mean that it was read and clapped for several times, or maybe just once by a “50 or Bust” person like me?
I know one of those and she wrote a story about 50 claps too. One of the first stories I read on Medium was by Roz Warren, and how she always leaves 50 claps or nothing as well.
Please read her story for yourself, but from her subtitle she states that it’s not complicated. And it’s not, and it was cool to see someone else feel the same way.
The point of leaving 50 or 0 claps is a simple system that shows maximum support.
It says: I fully support and acknowledge your writing, your effort, your creativity. It says thank you for sharing, you inspired me and I’m sending love to you.
If I don’t leave any claps then you don’t know that I was ever there. Sure, your stats show views, etc but mostly I’m invisible to you.
I’m not just leaving one clap or a few for you to wonder why you didn’t get 50.
I give 50 every single time, or 0. Period.
If I liked it — I liked it, or loved it, either way I feel passionate about sharing with you how I feel about it, even if it’s just 50 claps.
It doesn’t take that much effort to reach out through this weird intradimensional landscape that lets us speak to total strangers and share our little nuggets of Love Energy with 50 claps and a note if you’re really touched.
It feels good to receive that 50, and it feels good to send it too. It doesn’t cost anything, so let it flow if you like a story.
Learning About Love
We all need Love, as much of it and any way we can get it.
We also need to give it and send it around because the more we do, the more we have the capacity to receive it, and the more and more positive Life Force Charged we become, maximizing our energy.
Currently I’m working on a story about Life Force & our Life Force Battery, ways to “make love energy” and how to work with it for overall wellness.
This really is something everyone needs more information about in detail to explain how our immune system really works through energy, and why we age and how to get healthier via LOVE ENERGY, and how you can slow down and reverse the aging process.
