Winter Light at Waddesdon Manor — The Last Week of Illuminations!
Here are my pics!

Waddesdon Manor is a grand stately home in Buckinghamshire, England. It was built by Baron Ferdinand De Rothschild as a place to show off his collections of art, sculpture, and furniture.
Today, it’s open to the public, and they have an incredible Winter Light Trail. It’s renowned for getting better each year. The illuminations started with lights by the famous light artist, Bruce Monroe, and now they’ve transitioned to a display that includes contributions by local school children, artists, and groups. These lanterns were created by local schools.

There are interactive elements, where you can splash in a pond without getting wet, or press buttons to make the lights change colour.

There’s a display raising awareness of elephant conservation issues…

Amazing illuminated woodlands…

‘Snowing’ glitter balls in the walkways…

And dancing lights to music among the trees!

The house is illuminated with dancing lights in time to music.

And in November every year, there’s an artisan fair too.

The illuminations continue for another week, then they’ll be back in November for Christmas 2022. Find out more here
