Will You Infuse, My Writing Muse?
A poetic form called ‘shadorma’

sleepy me poetic still you see, grasping unflawed words striking lunging ceaselessly
composing til the break of dawn O goddess Muse, gift me dizzying speed-focused thoughts charm lest devour me!
Hey, dear One! Here’s a poetic form I think I am beginning to become addicted to. It is called ‘shadorma’, which is of Spanish origin. There are no special rules for this. Just keep in mind that this is a six-line syllabic poem of 3/5/3/3/7/5 syllable lines accordingly. Or you may check the expanded directions below:
1st line> (3) three syllables 2nd line> (5) five syllables 3rd line> (3) three syllables 4th line> (3) three syllables 5th line> (7) seven syllables 6th line> (5) five syllables
Come and join me! Let’s form together and have fun.
Thanks so much for dropping by. Be well and safe ever.
