Will the Russia-Ukraine War Change the World Order?

The formation of new world order in relation to the Russia-Ukraine war.

The world is undergoing transformation day by day. Human activities and the diversity of the global village are the leading cause of the new world order. The change in the new world is not mere, but have certain reasons. Some are discussed below.

Geopolitics

The changing geopolitics are causing the new world order. First of all, the world order has established by US lead West after World War II. The construction of the United Nations, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund and subsidies has given a geopolitical identity. Through these US gained a world power. Now, the world order seems to be transforming as of the power dynamics.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine and previously the American invasion of Iraq in 2013 are the latest examples of power control. The powerful countries always try to engulf more states and gain control. The superpowers want to expand their territories by unusual and violent means. The same case is with Russia — Ukraine War. Both countries are trying to save themselves. Unfortunately, the role of the United Nations Charter and International Laws seems buried in the mud for the previous few decades. There is nothing to say further but hopes for the reclamation.

Economy

The economy is a potential weapon of changing the word order. The economically-rich country has the potential to expand its root. In the past few decades, China is continuously gaining economic powers. The Belt and Road Initiative, investment, and rapid trade in Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe, making China powerful.

Keeping in mind the powers of China and the US pressurization over China in the Russia-Ukraine war may divert the world order. If this will happen the US-led West may lose power control resulting in the the multipolar world. The ongoing Russia-Ukraine war is disturbing and may lead to a change in the world order.

Growth of science and technology

Growth is one of the driving forces in changing the world order. The growing powers of technology and science are reshaping the world order. These are commodities of a world, and if a nation fails in advancing technology and science, it will lead to the loss of power. Modern history is witnessing the changing world order. Nations having weak powers are more likely to be hit soon and lose their side.

Every country should know that to sustain in the changing world order — a nation should have political stability, rich economic and technological powers, have military strength, and proactive foreign policy. These will help strengthen the roots of the country.
