Will be leading a discussion during the AfriLabs Annual Gathering on Hub Solutions and Sustainability

The focus of the discussion will be on the lifespan and sustainability of ESOs (Enterprise Support organizations), Hubs, Incubators, and Accelerator.

So many hubs have gone through a period of extinction and fail because of sustainability issues. This has been the dark horse in the ESO/hub/incubator ecosystem. How do we get our hubs to be self-sustaining and how do we keep our doors open and services running in the face of crude adversity

During this workshop, we shall focus on the following:
