If you would charge your mobile phone the whole day, it gets used to it. This causes a battery that has less power. People are doing the same every day. They sleep or rest too long (There’s a reason why the “perfect powernap” should only last half an hour) and even if you don’t believe me, this costs way more energy than you thought.

We’re just like the mobile phone which is charging the whole day. Because of too much rest, we’re losing all our energy and our time. Let’s say, you would discharge your mobile phone from 100% to 0% and then charge it fully until it reaches 100% battery capacity again. What is your opinion would happen? Exactly!
