Why You Should Wake Up at 4:30 AM
This will change your life to the better

Often waking up too early can be a problem for many people.
Apple CEO Tim Cook’s day begins just before 4:00 a.m.
Actress Jennifer Aniston wakes up at 4:30 a.m. to meditate.
It’s common to hear that successful people wake up at dawn.
But is it worth adhering to the practice to increase productivity?
I believe it can be very difficult but if it compensates a lot, I also believe that people will adhere more to this lifestyle.
This is why you should adopt this lifestyle.
→ No interruptions. No kids yelling. No phone calls.
→ If you wake up every day at 6:30 am, with this lifestyle you will have extra 2 hours per day = 14 hours per week = 728 extra hours = 30 days per year!
→ Waking up early in the morning was one of the secrets to success by the most successful people around the world.
→ Less likely to procrastinate.
→ Build discipline and good time to exercise.
→ More likely to have work done.
→ Mental edge over other people.
→ Build momentum for day ahead.
As you can see, waking up early only has beneficial things, though I should admit that in the first few weeks it must be horrible to wake up so early because we are not used to that schedule, however, with the habit should become easier and easier, until it ceases to cost completely.
