Why You Are the Miracle and How to Accept It

Who and what are we?

If you think about it, we are a collection of cells. Tiny little cells. Cells that are so small that they are invisible to the naked eye. Each cell within itself has additional parts, a metabolism, a way to create energy and survive.

These cells are so little that you need a microscope to see them not even an ordinary microscope one with a high magnifying capacity.

Have you thought about how’s it possible that these tiny cells create energy in our bodies that help us survive?

You have millions and billions of cells and molecules inside your body that work continuously in beautiful harmony to create one huge organism that is a human being.

You are not just one single thing. You are the harmony, the miracle that is being created by other living things inside you.

How is this possible?

One of the most beautiful orchestras is your cells working together in harmony to create you. You can talk. You can walk. You can sing. You can write. You can read and you can eat. You are amazing.

You are a miracle there’s no question, you are an amazing being in this world and in this universe.

Your body can create energy by eating food that contains additional cells from animals and plants. You can break down those cells, and create energy and nutrition for your own body and your cells. It is a truly amazing process.

Cells that are based on their function creating your organs. Cells creating your bones. Cells creating your brain. Cells creating your heart. Your heart keeps beating and pumping blood by moving millions of cells inside you for every second of every minute of every hour of every day continuously throughout your whole life. You don’t even have to think of this process, it is a piece of music that just happens on its own.

It is the Symphony that is playing inside your body and your mind continuously all the time.

The only thing you need to do is to take care of yourself by providing nutrition to your body and your mind. Everything else just plays on its own.

You are a miracle. It is just how it is. There is no other explanation.
