Why The Pursuit Of Perfection Might Leave Huge Gaps
Reflecting on my not so perfect blogger’s journey.

We thrive to do always better, to accomplish that “extra mile” yielding extraordinary results, and to keep enhancing our cherished (upcoming) product, project, etc. There is nothing wrong about it.
Only then, we tend to focus more and more on some aspect or task we used to handle with ease, driven by our intention to polish it a little bit more as the days and the weeks go by…
Meanwhile, other aspects we are less comfortable with remain unexplored, since we are too busy in that area which is still and forever open to improvement.
Let’s assume that you create your first course. You might take care of all details, micro-details, extensions, presentation design, video and sound quality, image, room, and so on, and so forth.
The deeper you dive in that single task, the further you are from that surface which depicts a crystal clear view of your different complementary tasks in order to catch your dream, ie. create and.. sell your first course!
Ironically, unlimited focus on one single thing simply means zero focus on the other steps of your journey.
Understanding what your idea audience or prospects really need and avoid, but first, going toward those people who are everything in your new business.
I have been there, too, spending long weeks struggling to organize my blog’s posts and relentlessly writing new ones, for whom ? I wish I could invest comparable time and energy marketing my efforts on the go.
Now, you don’t have to be caught in such a sweet trap! If you are a natural perfectionist, it is fine, you do not have to change. Just be as you are, and let all of your challenges equally sparkle thanks to your well-intended perfectionism.
