Why should you have breakfast every day?
Our first meal of the day is the most important of them all

It is important to take breakfast, since eating food in the morning stimulates metabolism, increasing the amount of energy expended throughout the day.
This factor is extremely important for weight control.
My breakfast is one of the most important meals of my day and I can’t get through it. This meal is known as the most important of the day so we have to eat a lot of protein and fiber to be able to handle the day ahead of us.
I start by making a big mug of coffee because I can’t live without this liquid from the gods and after that, I start preparing my solid food.

→ Two Greek-flavored yogurts or yogurt (Personally the latter are my favorites) → Two tablespoons of oatmeal
→ Two tablespoons of blueberries or other fresh fruit you have at hand
→ A tablespoon of chia seeds
And that’s basically it! I’m satisfied and ready to face the day I have ahead of me!
