Why No One Wants To Read Your Article

If it isn’t actually beneficial — don’t bother.

Let’s be honest here, most articles that are on Medium are about stats, and income, or how to build your stats and income. Your article is no different than the next.

Bottom line is consistency. If you remain consistent in your actions you will ultimately succeed.

These articles should tell the world how to mentally prepare yourself each day in order to succeed in writing. They should teach methods that can help writers block. And types of foods to eat to help brain focus. Good health is a huge contributor.

We can’t write quality content if we’re not mentally focused and healthy. And quality only happens if we have remained consistent in its action, because ultimately — practice makes perfect.

No one wants to read the same content over and over. No one really cares about your stats and income. If you’re going to write an article on, “How to Make $5k In One Day With 1 Article” (not an actual article title) and then proceed to say this didn’t really happen to you, but it could happen if you do these 5 steps. Then I don’t want to read your fake news. I’ll value it when I have seen a real and positive journey, something I can use as motivation.

So in my opinion, no one wants to read your article, especially if it isn’t something that is beneficial to their writing, life, and/or choice of entertainment.

Don’t write about your stats and income, tell us behind the scenes — real life shit it takes to become successful. And successful doesn’t always mean money, let’s remember that. Success comes in all forms.

Most articles out there are a waste of space. Medium will continue to whirl around the same article with different titles and it is all just click bait.

How about we start helping people while we help ourselves. I like that idea.
