Why medium story fail to attract readers?
There are a few general reasons why a medium story may fail to attract readers:
1. Poor Headline: The headline is the first thing people see, and it’s what determines whether or not they will read the story. If the headline is not catchy, intriguing, or informative enough, people might not bother to click on it.
2. Lack of Substance: Readers want something that will add value to their lives. If the story is superficial, bland or lacks essential information, readers will likely lose interest and move on.
3. Not Properly Structured: A story that is not properly structured might lose readers’ interest in making it difficult for them to follow the train of thought or reach any conclusion. If the story lacks proper formatting, subheadings, or paragraphs, it looks unprofessional.
4. Not Published At The Right Time: Timing is important. If the story is released at a time when the target audience is not active or online, even a well-written piece may go unnoticed.
5. Poor Promotion: Publishing the story is just the first step. Proper promotion is necessary to help the story reach a wider audience. If the story is not promoted effectively, it will not gain traction or attract readers, no matter how interesting it may be.
In summary, having a catchy headline, constructing a well-structured story with enough substance, releasing at the right time, and promoting it effectively are some of the factors that determine the success of a medium story.
