You will probably feel down when your twin is feeling down and upset when they are upset. This is why you are expected to "run the extra mile": you must learn to ground your energy for your own well-being and to help your twin stay grounded and balanced.
Remember: they are learning about roses at their own pace. Be patient and kind; they will be ready eventually and help you with the garden.
What can you do to ground your energy? Meditation, breathing exercises, and physical activity are some examples. You can try yoga, even better if it's out in nature.

Staying grounded during the pull
