Those of us in the middle, doing our best to translate our CEO’s vision into projects for our teams to lead. Those of us managing on the frontlines, where the real work happens, doing our best to empower and motivate the individual contributors reporting to us.

Great leadership and management principles matter down here just as much as they do in the C-suite. The purpose of Management Matters is to provide real, actionable, tangible management and leadership guidance for the rest of us.
