No Coffee Too Late

If you have poor sleep quality and drink coffee late in the day, that could be a reason. Coffee contains caffeine which has the effect of blocking a chemical called adenine, which makes you feel sleepy. You then feel more alert and energetic, which is why many people drink coffee or tea to stay awake. So by avoiding coffee, your sleep quality will improve.
My Experience
I have heard from other people that if they drink coffee too late, they cannot really sleep. In addition, too much coffee can cause headaches, confusion, and high blood pressure.
Adjust your coffee consume
Always consider whether you need coffee or can do without it, especially in the evening. I personally never drink coffee, so I don’t have this problem and I am also not addicted to it.
Physical Alarm Clock
A physical alarm clock is a must-have for good sleep, and you also don’t run the risk of your phone dying.
Beneftis
There are several benefits, first, you can place your phone outside your room and start your day without checking it. You can also not turn your phone off, and it must be in your room.
My method
The simple method that I use is to just place my physical alarm clock at the other end of my bed. So I am tempted to stand up and turn off the alarm, and I am awake and never fall asleep again. The excuse of not having a physical alarm clock doesn’t count, as you can get one for under 10 dollars.
Reading Before Sleep
Benefits
You can read a non-fiction book and learn something new every day, or you can read fiction to relax from the day. Maybe start with 15 minutes, which is a manageable time for everyone.
Impact of reading
Your body can relax by reading, and you can also choose what you are reading. Reading makes you tired, so you sleep when you are really tired.

I like to read fiction in bed to relax and non-fiction during the day when I am more concentrated. You should try what works best for you.
Sleep If You Are Tired
As I mentioned before, you should sleep if you are tired. Reading is a good opportunity to get to this point.
If you are tired and don’t go to sleep, that is crucial, because then you get in a new mood where you have energy, but you don’t really have it.
What you should do instead
If you are tired during the day, just take a short nap for 15 minutes, but not longer and not after 5:00 PM.
How I Can Sleep Fast
I believe many people find it hard to fall asleep, but for me, it is easy. I almost fall asleep every time after 2 minutes. I just think about nothing, and then I can sleep. Maybe this works for you, maybe not, just try it out.
Sleep routine
A very important point is to try to have a consistent sleep routine by waking up and falling asleep at the same times every day. It can be challenging on weekends, but it is worth it for some people. It gives you a more organized day, and you can plan better.
