Why I Love Publishing Articles on Writers’ Blokke

This publication will always have a special place in my heart

Writers’ Bloke was the first publication where I submitted my first article on Medium called Why You Should Live Like a Stoic.

It is always a special moment to reflect on where your journey in life starts.

No matter what publication you write for, the first publication you submit your article to will always have a place in your heart

When I first found out about Writers’ Blokke, I prayed that I would hopefully get chosen as a writer. I had no idea if I would get accepted as a writer because I noticed Writers’ Blokke wrote the publication guideline article in late 2019. One day later, Benny Lim, the editor of Writers’ Blokke, added me as a writer. It is such a good feeling to know when a publication wants to have a new writer. It makes you feel welcomed and admired.

What made me fall in love with Writers’ Blokke is that you can pretty much write about anything that comes to your mind as long as you follow the required guidelines.

This shocked me the most

What fascinated me is how fast the editor, Benny Lim, publishes your work. Most of the time, my articles on Writers’ Blokke get published in 2–3 hours, or even faster. Many of us appreciate that! A massive shout out and thank you to Benny Lim for his dedication to the many readers and writers on Medium.

Whenever I feel the need to clear something off my head, Writers’ Blokke is the first publication that comes to my mind. Not only are the editors excellent, but the readers and followers on this publication are fantastic. I feel like I can relate my journey to many other writers and readers on this platform. We all aren’t Gods at writing. We are just passionate about sharing our message with the Medium community. I’m thankful for the many articles I have posted on this platform. Thank you for giving me and so many others the opportunity to share our love of writing!
