It’s been a rough couple of days. I’m emotionally exhausted from dealing with an ongoing issue that won’t quit. I had to put my foot down and set boundaries yet again. My Fibromyalgia, which has been behaving, for the most part, chose to go on the offensive so there’s that to deal with too.

Sigh.

On Monday, I decided to take a day off from all the drama and treat myself to some TLC. I booked an appointment with Lisa, a lady with the gentlest hands, to cut and style my hair.

Then I treated myself to lunch for one at a local restaurant.

It did a world of good. I feel rejuvenated.
