Why I chose Business Administration

What is Business Administration?

The degree is a common choice among young people. The main principle of it is how to learn core skills to manage a Business. During the academic year, the student will learn in-depth knowledge about all business operations. The main modules that you will be studying are financial accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, operations management, and many more modules. The degree usually takes 3–4 years to acquire. Many students have the opportunity to progress to an MBA program after completion which expands their options.

Why is this degree a good choice?

  • Opens the door to many career choices. This is exceptionally good if you are not fully assured of an exact career choice. As I mentioned above, there is a broad spectrum of modules so you could enter into marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, etc.
  • Increases your hard skills and soft skills. For hard skills, it will improve your computer skills, marketing skills, and administrative skills. As for your soft skills, it will better your communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and your ability to think critically.
