Why I choose medium for learning and earning?

I started my medium writing journey in August 2023.

Initially i started as an irregular writer, but my commitment grew over time.

In the initial months, I rarely wrote, contributing only three articles between August and November!

However, my perspective shifted in December 2023 when I started regularly reading articles on Medium.

While reading everyone’s writing on medium ,

I found myself in a vast learning ocean.

It is a vast place to learn indeed.

I am feeling like I am being in a house of uncountable windows ; all I have to do is just open the window..

There are

windows of AI

windows of finance

windows of psychology

windows of literacy

windows of productivity

windows of experience

windows of parenting

windows of health and safety

And many more….

In just 1 week of consistency in medium what I learned ,means a lot to me.

I have learned different writing style.

I have learned how to keep motivated in writing.

I have learned how to be focused in goal.

I have learned to support others through claps, follows, and uplifting messages.

I have discovered myself in a wider community to help me stay connected with learning.

But what about earning?

Learning is also an earning, right?

So, rather than fixating on monetary gains, i focus on opening my windows -

to get sunlight at day time

to see twinkling stars at night

to get the gentle breeze on hot days!

Who knows?

With the ray of bright sunlight ,birds will weave me;

seat on my windows &whisper with me…

I am confident,

I have opened my windows of learning.

& I anticipate birds weaving tales of love and earning….
