Who Are The Singletons?

They are never-married individuals, divorcees, and widows & widowers. Then we go further to divide those who are single by choice and happy in it, and those who do not want to be single and are actively looking to pair up.

There is hype about the coming Valentine's Day. Some of us singletons might have decided to pair up this year, most have achieved that aim since the beginning of the new year, and some are still on the lookout, and are determined to get that special person into their lives.

If you are single and crave that special person, nothing is wrong with that. It is normal to desire a romantic relationship, a someone to want to share your special moment with. It feels special. It is also in our DNA to desire a romantic relationship. In Genesis 2:18,

‘’It is not good that man should be alone, I will create a companion, suitable for him.’’

So a woman was created for the man, suitable for him it said, so this desire is inborn. It was proven that being in a relationship brings joy and promotes positive mental, emotional and physical growth.
