It’s True

Energy is contagious whether you believe it or not. We consume and spread energy without even knowing.

Think of someone in your life who instantly lightens and brightens your mood. How just a mere interaction with them can put you in such a high state of being?

Think of how you can feel so good around certain people — spend hours just being with them. That’s all energy and energy is contagious.

Now think of the other person in your life whose interaction instantly puts you in a state of anxiousness and dread. You know the ones that shoot off negative vibes. Ouch! Haha. Seriously.

The ones whose energy is so dense that it automatically puts you in a low state of being. You start to feel discouraged about life. You feel unmotivated. Disappointed. You start to panic and can even become fearful.

This person may have done nothing necessarily bad to you, it's just that their energy affects you negatively. And this type of person needs to acknowledge that their energy is too dense. Too heavy.

Dense energy is also energy that cannot be destroyed. It will be with you until you have transmuted it.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed but can be transferred from one form into the other — The Law of Conservation of Energy.

Energy is contagious. We can spread it without us even being aware of it. It’s important to pay close attention to who our energy increases and decreases around.
