Why the Hollywood Actor Could & Should be Our 47th President
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is one of the highest-grossing Hollywood movie stars of all time. He’s a former professional wrestler and college football player. He’s an owner of a tequila company, an energy beverage business, a movie production company, and co-owner of the XFL football league.
And Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson could be the 47th president of the United States of America.
If this sounds outlandish, remember Donald J. Trump was just a businessman and reality TV star before he became president. And former president Ronald Reagan, like Dwayne, was a Hollywood actor before he took office.
Crazier things have happened in the USA.
And the timing right now, is perfect for The Rock to run for president.
Because both of the leading candidates for president in 2024 — incumbent Present Joseph Biden and Donald Trump — are incredibly unpopular. Biden and Trump are the two options that the Democratic and Republican parties are pushing forward, not because they are the best candidates, but because they are the only contenders who hold enough popularity to win.
But if Dwayne Johnson entered the race, that could change.
According to a recent poll, 46% of Americans would support Dwayne Johnson’s campaign for the presidency. And Dwayne recently revealed in an interview with Trevor Noah that multiple political parties have already approached him with the opportunity to run for president as their candidate.
If the major political parties are taking Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson seriously as a contender for the presidency, then so should we. They approached Dwayne and offered him the chance to run because they know that he is popular, competent, capable, and hard-working enough to not only run a successful campaign but to also defeat Joe Biden and Donald Trump, come election time.
Not only is it possible for him to become president, Dwayne Johnson should be the next president. That’s right, I said it.
Dwayne should be the 47th president of the USA because he is a much better candidate for the job than both current President Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump.
Here are 5 reasons why we should elect The Rock for the highest office in the land.
Dwayne Johnson is more Composed, Poised, Mentally Sharp, and Presidential
The current leader of the United Sates and the former leader — president Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump — have had countless gaffes, slip-ups, and incoherent moments where they said things that were confusing, weird, and just flat out nonsensical.
Trump and Biden often say things that don’t make sense.
They are forgetful. And their emotions are easily triggered. There have been countless moments where they have both lost their tempers over issues that weren’t really that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.
Even though they both have held the office of President, they both behave in ways that are not presidential.
As you can see in the montage of Trump gaffes below, the slip-ups and outbursts where he made non-sensical statements are too many to count.
During his 4-year-presidency and after, especially when he still had a Twitter account, Trump constantly lashed out at anyone who criticized him with vengeful and unnecessary personal attacks. To give one example, there was the time when Trump tweeted this:
Getting overly vexed, offended, and angry about the opinions of singer John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen is not worth the time or energy of the president of the USA. At least it shouldn’t be.
But during Trump’s presidency, spiteful outbursts like this were very common. They were a weekly occurrence!
This kind of mental instability from our president made Americans anxious, uneasy, agitated, and divided. It was a very chaotic, anxiety-ridden, and divisive time for the USA.
Whether it was former president Barack Obama, Alex Baldwin, the cast of SNL, Lebron James, or journalists who were simply trying to do their jobs, no one was safe from Trump’s temper tantrums.
Trump’s many diehard fans love his outbursts because they see them as Trump’s way of standing up for himself, for what he believes in. But Trump’s many critics regard him as sensitive, insecure, and fragile. He lets people get under his skin too easily. He’s too spiteful, vengeful, and quick to anger.
And even though current President Biden has never been as unhinged as Trump, he is still also known for his own angry outbursts. Biden has a reputation for losing his temper as well.
In fact, in 2022, Biden reportedly angrily raised his voice at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy when he asked for more help from the US. Biden furiously demanded that Zelensky “show a little more gratitude.”
And according to Axios, President Biden often angrily and aggressively yells at his own aides behind closed doors. According to Biden’s current and former aides, he often ferociously scolds them by yelling things like:
“God dammit, how the f**k don’t you know this?!”
“Don’t f**king bullsh*t me!”
“Get the f**k out of here!”
This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional and abusive, it’s counter-productive. These angry outbursts from Trump and Biden can create a toxic, fearful, anxious, and unproductive environments where the president and the whole US government is less capable of getting their work done effectively.
And as the oldest US president ever at 80 years old, Biden is also very forgetful. There have been many occasions when his memory failed him.
There was the time when Biden asked for Representative Jackie Walorski, forgetting that she had recently passed away:
And there was this moment when Biden completely forgot what he was talking about in the middle of a press conference:
Americans don’t universally agree on much. But if there is one thing that we can agree on, it’s that both current President Biden and former president Donald Trump are not poised, composed, or mentally sharp enough for the job. They are not presidential enough.
They are lacking these key traits that make a president an effective leader.
The hot tempers, angry outbursts, unreliable memories, forgetfulness, and lack of mental sharpness puts the whole country at risk for unnecessary mistakes, mis-steps, and conflicts that could totally be avoided if we had a strong, sharp, and poised leader. A leader like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Whether Dwayne Johnson is doing an interview for a talk show, talking with his fans, running his companies, or giving a rousing motivational speech like the one below which he gave to the Los Angeles Lakers, Dwayne Johnson is and always has been calm, cool, collected, poised, articulate, confident, energetic, and well-behaved.
Unlike Biden and Trump, Dwayne Johnson has never publicly had a temper tantrum. Not even once.
The Rock is sharp, focused, mentally strong, well-spoken, confident, and on top of things. He isn’t forgetful, spiteful, vengeful, or mercurial. He is reliable. And he’s a great speaker.
Dwayne has all of the personality traits that both Biden and Trump are lacking, all of the qualities that could make him a successful president.
He’s a better candidate for the presidency.
He is Younger, Able-Bodied, & More Energetic
At the beginning of his tenure, at age 70, Donald J. Trump was the second oldest president to ever take office. But he wouldn’t hold that title for long, because the man that replaced him, President Joseph Biden, was 78 years old when he took office.
It’s one thing to be a sitting president in your 60s or 70s. But Joe Biden is now 80 years old. If the country re-elects him in 2024, Biden will be turning 81. And by the time his second term is over, he’ll be 86 years old.
At the age of 86, Biden would be the leader of the most powerful country in the world, with the strongest economy and most powerful military. Are we sure that’s a good idea?
Given how forgetful, incoherent, nonsensical, emotional, and easily triggered Trump and Biden have both been already, it’s important to keep in mind that these problems are only going to get worse. These things don’t improve with age, they worsen.
Whether we elect Trump or Biden, the leader of the United States will get progressively more incoherent, angry, and forgetful as time goes by. That is what we have to look forward to, unless we elect Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson instead.
Dwayne is only 51 years old. He is 26 years younger than Donald Trump and 29 years younger than Joe Biden. As you can see in this video below, which he posted to YouTube, Dwayne is mentally and physically more energetic and much, much stronger than most human beings on planet earth.
Dwayne Johnson works out 7 days a week. No days off! And he is strong enough to bench press between 400 and 500 pounds.
So not only is Dwayne younger than Biden and Trump, he is stronger, more energetic, more able-bodied, and healthier.
No, we don’t need to send the president of the United States overseas to go fight our enemies with his bare hands. But with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as our leader, we most certainly could do that.
And if I were those enemies, I’d be shaking in my boots once I realized that The Rock was on the way to come sort us out.
Dwayne Johnson has an INCREDIBLE Work Ethic with a Track Record of Success
Dwayne’s movies have grossed $3.5 billion in the USA and $10.5 billion worldwide, making him one of the most successful actors of all time. There have been multiple years when Dwayne was the highest paid actor in the world.
And Dwayne has founded several highly successful business ventures over the years like his Seven Bucks movie production company, Teremana tequila, his Project Rock clothing collection, his Zoa energy drink company, and the XFL football league.
Not only does Dwayne have an amazing track record of success under his belt, he has an insanely strong work ethic. Every single day, Dwayne runs through a very busy schedule of waking up at 3 or 4 a.m., doing his intense workouts, doing his Hollywood acting work, and running his business ventures. And he still finds time to spend with his wife and daughters!
Dwayne does more work than the other candidates, before they have even gotten out of bed in the morning.
Once he starts a project, he follows through, and he wins. So if Dwayne was to run for president, it wouldn’t be surprising if he used his powerful work ethic to rise to the top of the polls, to win the election, and to run a successful presidency for the next 4 or 8 years.
Dwayne is Great at Working With People During Difficult Circumstances
It’s worth noting that one of the other co-owners for the XFL football league is Dany Garcia, Dwayne’s ex-wife.
So in addition to all of the other positive personality traits that Dwayne has, he also has an ability to work successfully with people through difficult, painful, and stressful circumstances, like a divorce!
All heads of state must work with people they, or their countries, have bad history with. Presidents are also constantly interacting with political rivals and enemies from the opposing party on a daily basis.
Presidents must be able to get along with, or at least work with, people who they don’t like, don’t get along with, or are actively feuding with. They have to be able to work with others in difficult conditions.
So this is an excellent quality for a world-leader to have. It’s another reason why Dwayne is a better candidate than Biden and Trump.
A Kinder and More Compassionate Candidate for President
We’ve all seen those videos on social media of Dwayne Johnson driving up to say hello to big groups of excited fans on Hollywood tour buses. Like this one below:

Dwayne is constantly showing compassion, love, and kindness to his fans. Over the years, he has done some tear-jerking acts of kindness such as meeting up with kids suffering from terminal illnesses to give them a bit of joy or giving away his People’s Champion award to a Make-A-Wish Survivor.
Even though being kind is not a requirement for a US president, it can be a very helpful and important quality for a leader to have. Compassion can contribute to better decision making.
His compassion and kindness for the citizens of the United States and for all people around the world could guide President Dwayne Johnson to making decisions that make the country and the world a better place for all of us.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is an Overall Better Presidential Candidate
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has all of the personality traits that current President Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump are lacking. He is strong in all of the areas where they are weak. And he is everything that they are not.
Dwayne is young, mentally sharp, articulate, energetic, physically strong, able-bodied, kind, compassionate, and incredibly hard-working.
Our two candidates going up for presidency in 2024, Biden and Trump, are both extremely unpopular, divisive, and polarizing. Because they are emotional, easily triggered, hot tempered, mentally unstable, incoherent, forgetful, unhinged, and much too old to hold the highest office in the country.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is the opposite of everything we don’t like about Joe Biden and Donald Trump. He is a better presidential candidate. And If Dwayne decides to run in 2024, he will instantly be one of the best presidential contenders in the race.
His desire to spend as much time as possible with his youngest daughters has, up until now, held him back from announcing his candidacy. But as recently as this week, Dwayne has said that he would consider running for president in the future.
So let’s hope that Dwayne does decide to run. Because he might be our best defense against a second Joe Biden term or a second term of Donald Trump’s turbulent presidency.
