Someone struggles to achieve their goal and learn something new. And others achieve so many things and live a happy life, they dream about what is the reason? This is a very important question because we all deserve to live happy life. No one dreams about a struggled life. We all have some dreams and we always work hard, but sometimes our dream doesn't complete. We are not lucky people, we aren't hard-working enough, so many questions in our mind. But the reality is we are struggling to achieve something, which means our mind doesn't understand what we are trying to achieve.

Example ~ One person tries to learn Machine learning because they are interested or they switch careers. He tries to learn and they struggle, they don't like it, and but they are interested in this field. He always tries to learn and sometimes they don't achieve their goal. This is the common problem we face. And he thinks this type of question is on his mind.

Our mind is like a computer 💻 whatever your input, you give the same output.

Because this time your subconscious mind doesn't know fear. But after you grow this time, you have so many friends and so many people, you talk to every day. They program in your mind that you are not capable of achieving anything. You're not a born good brain. But remember you learn the two hardest skills in this world, so why you don't learn an easy thing and change your life forever. Command your mind, this is my goal, remember, always don't forget, and I achieve anything. I don't live ordinary. I am born because I am unique.

Subconscious mind🧠

Our subconscious mind doesn't know what is correct or wrong. They organize our life, what is our past input you give. This mind controls 95% of our life your whole day. This mind organizes every day. Which thing you like or not, which time you work or not, which goal you achieve or not, all the things control automatically. But your question is how to change this computer program so I live my best life every day and I achieve anything?

Your mind constantly changes every day, no matter whether you input or the other. When your age is above 6, you have two choices to change your program first build a habit or hypnosis. I am guessing you read this article, your age is above 6. Building a habit, it's a very hard thing.

Follow this rule ~

  • ✍Write down which thing you would change in your life.
  • What is your goal to write down?
  • Write all things, one notebook 📝, not a laptop 💻, or mobile phone 📵 . Only physical notebook paper 📄 .
  • Repeat this process at least 14 days before you go to bed or after you wakeup

Your input is ~

  • I am a machine learning expert
  • Machine learning is very easy
  • I enjoy learning machine learning

Write down every day two times night and morning. And you notice your mind always thinks of this goal, and they always push you automatically. Because you program in your mind so they focus on output. And this thing practice takes only 2 to 3 minutes. Try this powerful technique.
