System Explained — Why Was Our Government a System?

It use to be a “True System,” until 1913 when Woodrow Wilson created the “Administrative Government” outside of the people’s control. It can be again If and only if, you want to be free and do something about it. But the road ahead will be difficult — We need to get rid of the “Administrative Government,” also known as the “4th branch of government.” We need to challenge the Senate to “acquire it and control it according to the Constitution.”

Anything that requires “control” has to be a system.

Like the car is a system:

The car is a system. Who controls it? the driver; not the other 4 people in your car; nor the software in your car. You can “yield” certain controls to your car but, YOU are ultimately the decision-maker and responsible for what your car does.
Why is the car a “System?” Because it is a whole that cannot be divided into parts.
What makes it a system? Because the essential property of the car (to transport people and material) is derived from its parts working together.
If you take the engine out of the car, the car is no longer a car, it cannot do its intended job. The engine is not a car, it cannot do what the car does. None of the essential parts of the car can do what the car does.
Many parts of the car are “essential parts.” Why? Because the system is not a sum of the parts, it is the product of those parts that make the car work for its intended purpose.

Our government is also a system (if and only if, you take the “Administrative 4th Branch of government out of the equation).

How was our government a system?

None of its parts — The people part; the Declaration of Independence part; the Legislative part; the Executive part; nor the Supreme Court can do what “The Government” does.

Our government has to be the PRODUCT of the parts. Vote correctly and the government will go where we tell it to go. However, today they are the “the sum” of the parts — that is the change Woodrow Wilson made with his “radical” change of “Adding” what he called the “Administrative government.”
The “Administrative government” is outside the red boundary and we have NO CONTROL. The Senate has no control, see the remarks from Rand Paul in the Senate about CDC’s Dr. Fauci [1] below. IF “YOU” don’t have a LOBBYIST, YOU are out of the loop.

Same rules of a system that apply to your car, apply, or applied to our government when it was a system. The most essential elements of the system worked together for the benefit of the “Individual (YOU).”
Don’t leave the People or the Declaration of Independence (DOI)out of the equation, the people are the “control” of the government powers; the DOI gives us our “Moral Law.” We failed in those missions.
Under our “original” system of government, “The People” had control. The founders wanted “the individual” to have the control that is why “the majority” cannot count and, the Electoral College was put in place to ensure that did not happen. This is the essence that gives the “Individual” sovereignty. It is the “control” over a majority rule against the minority.
The Declaration of Independence (DOI) is the moral law under which we Fought to be free from tyranny and still is the “original” purpose of the Constitution, it is our guiding light to this day.
Without the People and DOI, the Constitution (the Law of the Land) would not have existed. They are essential parts of the system.
In fact, The People, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution are all essential parts of “our” system of government.
Lincoln with his speech in Gettysburg (November 19, 1863), semi-officially ended the Civil War by, “reaffirming” the Moral Law of the Declaration of Independence.

Today our Government is NOT a system, it does not qualify.

The one reason why it is not a system is that the “Administrative government, also called the 4th branch,” was added by Woodrow Wilson and People who are voted into power do NOT understand what a “system” is.
Today, the government is only, the SUM of the parts. Instead of working together in congress, they are warring with each other for POWER. 1. The President or Congress wants to “Pack the Court;” they don’t need our vote for this. 2. The President is consumed with writing “Executive Orders” to get his/her way; This gives the “administrative government” all the authority they need to write any and all the regulations they want. 3. The Legislative wants to serve its own interests through the ACTs they pass. We have “seen and experienced” the failure of these “ACTs.” Look at LBJ’s ACTs to “FIX” our society. He called it “The Great Society,” and wanted to be famous for this. The entire Congress of the day supported this. Mainly in sympathy for the assassinated JFK. Those are the “laws” that say “We are bigots,” among other things. 4. The Supreme Court of the United States is the weakest branch of government. It is just there for the ride. It says nothing afraid “one of the other parts” will staff it full of unconstitutional judges.
We DO NOT vote for the 4th branch. 1. They are the “invisible hand; the shadow government.” Another name could be the “federal government apparatchik.” 2. They were born in 1913 with the mandate to only hire “progressives” which they have done religiously all this time and forever into the future. As long as WE allow it.
Apparatchik in our case means, that it is a “party machine.” Both parties are progressive in that, both use the 4th branch for their own benefit. Though, given Trump’s experience, it is telling us, that today, they are not afraid to make up lies to get rid of a president they don’t “approve of.”
The people are, at best “subjects” (as in subjects of the king), no longer sovereign. 1. We are now subjects to the 4th branch of government. This would be ANY of the 432 three or four-letter acronym Federal Agencies that have total control of our lives. 2. We make believe we have control, however, we just approve the rate of acceleration of change by the Progressive 4th branch. 3. Our vote is not to approve a Constitutional government. It is rather, an assertion for government to continue on the reckless path they are on.
None of it is based on the Declaration of Independence. Its Moral Law no longer applies.
The 4th branch creates its own moral code as time goes by. A few examples, today: 1. they are telling us “we are racists,” so we must be; 2. The EPA also tells us, that climate change will kill our way of life, so, we argue about it ad-infinitum. Although the problem is not LOCAL, it is WORLD-WIDE. 3. The 4th branch not only regulates our lives, it tells us what to believe. It is the propaganda machine of the government apparatchik. “They know better.”

The government for us today, is the 4th branch, the progressive administrative government.

The 4th branch rules our lives. The rules they make are to maintain “the social structure, not the individual.” Therefore, these are realities today:

we become serfs. We are “subjects” to their rules and regulations. Put the constitution aside — 1. If you “lie” to the FBI you go to jail, no matter whether you knew that was against the law or not. 2. If the DOJ gives the FBI a green flag, they have the right to smash your front door and parade you in the street in the middle of winter in your sleeping pajamas. All they need is an excuse. They are the “internal army” of the federal government. 3. “Social Media” is “owned by Corporations,” and an entity defined as a “person under the law.” However, according to the FCC and FTC, they have more rights than we, “the people.” They can INVADE YOUR PRIVACY all they want!
They tell us how to live and what “moral laws to have.” See what the “Great Society ACTs” have done to our society. 1. when they start telling us “what to do,” we will be Lemmings. 2. They have started on that by sending paychecks to people that don’t want to work (my understanding).
Nobody knows exactly how big the 4th branch is. They are all independent of each other. The Senate can not touch them BUT, they have to fund them. Some estimate they are 10 million strong (depending on what is included in the count); others specify it is in the tens of millions if you include the contractors they hire to do “the real” work.

The Process of “Incremental Seduction”

Mind you, we are under the spell of the “Process of Incremental Seduction,” it took them 100 years to be where they are. These are just 3 generations of progressive rules to get us where we are today.

Many if not, the majority of our citizenry do not know the 4th branch of government is “UNCONSTITUTIONAL.”

Change is accelerating because of “Social Media.” We will be Lemmings in no time at all. Maybe as Lemmings, we will not need the Police? We will do as “ordered.”

I learned a quote from Winston Churchill recently (White Hall is the equivalent to our WDC), “Mothers don’t always know what is best for their children, the gentlemen in White Hall know better.” For us, this would be the “gentlemen of the 4th branch.”
