Why Do We Need a Power Nap?

Power naps are short rest during the day to rejuvenate us if we feel exhausted.
It is not supposed to be a long rest, and the recommended time is about 20 minutes.
Sometimes, when we walk away from our work desk for too long, it takes a lot of discipline to return and continue what we are supposed to do.
Power naps may be helpful in some work where one must make many outgoing calls or need to complete a task with deadlines.
If you have work you must complete without too much disruption, try a power nap for rest. But make sure you set a timer to wake up!
