Why do I call myself a Writer?
Poetry Prompt Day:-11
Am I a writer? I don’t know. I write to connect with like-minded people. I write to gain knowledge about new concepts.
Insecurity arises at every word I put on paper. Trepidation cripples my hands to move. Self-doubt overwhelms my creativity. Diffidence overtakes the energy to produce.
I write to share my experiences. I write to share my perspectives. I write to raise my voice on urgent issues. I write to contribute my expertise.
Waiting to be acknowledged as a writer is not my concern. Writing to get noticed is not a top priority. Writing with sincerity is the goal. Writing to become a better human being is the primary.
