Why creating space between the masculine and feminine energies within ourselves can help us understand the universe better

Every human being has both masculine and feminine energies present in themselves since the beginning of creation.
At least, that is what the Indian Vedic culture has taught me for as long back as I remember.
Since childhood, we were taught how there is both, Shakti and Shakta, whose divine union is what led to the creation of the world as we know it. That is how we see the world as we know it too.
I believe this one to be one of the major reasons, why heterosexual people all over the world have a very hard time believing or accepting same-sex relationships in any form as well.
Although I could argue that in Vedic culture, there have been multiple times where Shakti and Shakti, as well as Shakta and Shakta, have come together to establish, preserve, and destroy the universe as well. But I will not.
There is a saying in Hindi that would sum it up for you as to why.
‘Bhains ke aage been bajana’, which translates to ‘Playing flute in front of a buffalo’
No matter how beautiful you play or how talented you are, it will not matter. Similarly, it will not matter how many facts or reasons I come up with, people will only believe what they want to believe, and they will happily ignore the rest if it suits them.
Anyways,
So Shakti and Shakta have always come into their divine union in one way or the other for the world to be created, preserved, or destroyed, in one way or another.
In one form or another.

But how does that work on the ground level?
What does this union mean? What does it look like?
How does it feel?
Now, I am not a superhuman, so I cannot say what it must look like up in the cosmos. But I am a human being, meaning I am gifted with these energies within me, and privileged with the knowledge and understanding of them as well.
There are various explanations and understandings of what and how these energies feel like in Vedic culture, and in other cultures as well. And although all of them may not be true, I believe there is always some level of truth in all of them.
Having come through as many as I could, the conclusion that I came to which made it easier and the most accurate for me to understand this knowledge is..,
Shakti is the energy, the driving force, the power. And Shakta is the structure, the pillar, containing that power.
This, I believe, is the very reason why the two always require each other and are dependent on each other in some manner.
Without Shakti, the universe will not exist. And without Shakta, that Shakti (universe) will not be seen.
(Note — please do not come up with the argument that women are seen without men, that is not what this means)
Nevertheless, how do we understand these energies?
Because to be honest, these energies are so intertwined with each other in the cosmos, and it is physically impossible to understand or see/feel just one. These are always together. Hence, the union creates the universe.
But, I believe, that living a human life and being told by the Vedic culture which is known to be the oldest existing culture (Bhagwat Geeta is a great example), and many other cultures or philosophies or studies or spirituality that we are creating our life as we go, we need to have better understanding of these energies on a singular level.

We are told that we are the creators of our reality, our future, our life as we are living. If that is so (which I believe and have lived to be true), I believe understanding of these energies, the masculine and the feminine, the Shakti and the Shakta, on an individual level is fundamentally important.
Experiencing these energies, the cosmos within ourselves if not on the outside, can help us not only create a better reality on the outside for ourselves. I believe on a vast level, it can also help us understand and see the universe with a whole different perception.
