Why Anger Is Un-controllable?

Anger can destroy your relationships. It is the number one reason couples get a divorce. It can make you lose your job if it’s bad enough. It can ruin your health and shorten your life. It can also cost you money if you let it interfere with your work, or if you damage property or hurt someone else as a result of your anger. Anger is especially dangerous when you put it on social media because its presence there will guarantee that other people see it too, which could lead to bad consequences for your career and reputation.
Anger is a natural emotion that can be felt by anyone, but it doesn’t have to be expressed. Unlike other emotions, anger isn’t always a negative thing. It can be very helpful and even healthy when used appropriately.
The reason why anger is usually perceived negatively is because of how it is often expressed. When we react with anger, the world around us suffers. And because anger is so commonly mismanaged, people grow accustomed to the negative aspects of it.
When you’re angry, your rational brain goes offline. All of those logical thoughts about whether you should say something or not are rendered moot once the emotional floodgates open. Unfortunately, these moments of anger tend to come at the worst possible time — when you’ve got an important work presentation to give, for instance, or when you’re in the middle of a job interview.
Attaining control over your emotions is one of the best ways to help avoid negative consequences when they arise.
