There are many things that come with success, but one thing is sure: setbacks. It is crucial to bounce back from these roadblocks and learn from them to maximize your potential as an individual.

A growth mindset is a way of analyzing that allows you to understand your potential and ability. It places emphasis on personal development rather than the outcome.
For example, if someone has an innate talent for music or art but doesn’t practice it, they will never grow as an artist because their work won’t improve from one day to another. But if this same person continues working hard every single day, improving little by little each time — their craft will excel tremendously in no time.
That’s what having a growth mindset is mostly about; a continuous improvement over time instead of overnight success (although there are exceptions).
Why is it important?
There are several reasons why having a growth mindset is essential. First of all, it gives you the opportunity to grow and learn from your mistakes instead of giving up right away when things get challenging or complicated. It also allows you to become more open-minded towards other people’s constructive feedback.
When we think this way, our mind becomes much less limited in its capacity for success. We start seeing failure as only a temporary state because once we work hard enough at something, we will achieve greatness.

1) Set small goals every day
When people focus too much on the outcome, they tend to give up once they face a roadblock. This is when having a growth mindset comes in handy!
