Abstract

The article "Who Is God" delves into the spiritual essence of existence, asserting that every being, regardless of its form, is an individualized expression of the divine. It draws parallels between the interconnectedness of all existence and the components of nature, such as grains of sand and droplets of water, to illustrate the oneness of the spiritual universe. The text suggests that all living and non-living entities, from humans to animals, plants, and minerals, are equal parts of this divine expression. By defining 'being' as any entity that exists, whether material or spiritual, the article encourages readers to recognize the divine in all forms of life, advocating for an imaginative and expansive view of existence. Who Is God

every being is an individualized expression of God and one with all that exists

We are spiritual beings living in a spiritual universe that is governed by spiritual law. As divine beings, we are individualized expressions of God and one with all that exists.

Any single bead of sand on an ocean shore or in a desert is as much a part of the shore or desert as any other. This single bead of sand may be black or tan or any shade in between.

Any single bead of water in an ocean is as much the ocean as any other bead of water anywhere in that ocean.

We were taught in our early schooling that all matter is either animal, vegetable, or mineral. A squirrel, a worm, a puppy, a kitten, and a human being are animals and beings. None are more so or less so.

A simple stalk of celery, a tall tree, and a flowering desert cactus are vegetables. None are more so or less so.

A diamond, a piece of coal, and a bead of sand are minerals. None are more so or less so.

One of the Cambridge Dictionary definitions of the noun Being is “a person or thing that exists.” It also defines the word exist as “to have real being whether material or spiritual.”

This means that we can actually refer to human beings, squirrel beings, and tree beings. From there, let your God-given imagination run wild and it will all be true. Because, if it is alive it is a being.

Returning to our introduction to what a spiritual being is, we are spiritual beings living in a spiritual universe that is governed by spiritual law.

As divine beings, we are individualized expressions of God and one with all that exists.

So, who is God? God is in all beings and all beings are individualized expressions of God. Just like the individual drop of water is the ocean, the individual being is an expression of God.

Thank you, God!
