According to Ayurveda, the science of life, there are energy principles that govern the structure and function of our body. These principles are known as Dosha.

What are these Doshas?

The energy force that governs your mind and body is associated with different physical and mental characteristics.

Your dosha is neither good nor bad. It is your characteristic. Understanding your tendency to accumulate an element will help you stay balanced and healthy.

The 5 basic elements are- Earth, fire, water, air and space. Any two of them compile to form a single Dosha.
